At an elevation of over 11,500 feet, Animas Forks is one of the loftiest mining towns ever established inthe West. Now a ghost town, Animas Forks and the Frisco mine, where this truck was headed, sit alongthe Alpine Loop which is accessible out of Silverton, CO via four-wheel road. This shot was taken with a Canon 5D Mark IV, 100mm, ISO 100, 1/200 sec at f 8.0
